The young singer-songwriter Gavin James performed earlier this year at Eurosonic and sold out Paradiso in no time. Recently his song ‘Book Of Love’ was a 3FM Megahit, his show at Eurosonic was named one of the best 30 performances by 3voor12 and now he is returning to Groningen!
James learnt to perform in the pubs of Dublin and quickly became a hit. Last year he scored two #1 Eps, he toured with Kodaline and James Blunt and his song ‘Say Hello’ was named Song Of The Year during ‘The Choice Music Prizes’. At the end of 2014 the album ‘Live at Whelans’ was released. Partly due to his very soulful voice, which can easily make you daydream, Gavin James has already been compared to artists such as Damien Rice, Ray Lamontagne and Ray Charles.
